About Dr. Daren Wannamaker

Dr. Daren C. Wannamaker, DO is a board-certified Osteopathic Internal Medicine Physician currently seeing patients at North Atlanta Primary Care’s Hamilton Mill clinic. Dr. Wannamaker was born in Long Island, New York. He attended San Diego State University in California where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then attended medical school at the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine (now Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences) before completing his residency at Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital, University of South Carolina, Sun Coast Hospital. Dr. Wannamaker is a multi-time winner of Clinical Instructor of the Year at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Georgia Campus. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Internists. Dr. Wannamaker has been in practice for over 25 years and has special medical interests in chronic illness management and disease prevention. He currently welcomes patients ages 18 and older. Dr. Wannamaker loves to travel when he can and loves to spend time with his wife, 2 adult children, and 2 grandchildren.
