The experience was wonderful the two young ladies up front were wonderful ?. So was the nurse assistant. The provider he seemed a little exhausted but he was attentive to what I had to say and I liked that. I would definitely recommend Dr. Islander. He was a pleasure.

They don’t follow up, they don’t check up on you or update. I booked a prenatal care appointment and when I went there they told me they needed my updated insurance, why didn’t they call me earlier to tell me so I go prepared ?

My appointment was booked for 8:30 however they changed it to 9am without notifying me. Also, this office doesn’t do mammograms. They give you a referral to do one somewhere else. I would have preferred a one stop shop.

I wasn’t seen by the doctor I booked and I was asked to reach there 20 minutes before my appointment time which I did. Even with no patients waiting, I had to wait for approx 50 minutes.

I had seen good reviews on Dr. Iskander so went ahead with him but he was pretty rough honestly. Maybe I'm sensitive but either way a Dr. in this field should be going about things with caution and asking if everything feels fine along the way. It makes me not want to ever use a male Gyno again because I never had an experience like this with a female Dr. before.
Everything else was fine, wait time, cleanliness, etc.

I’ve been seeing Dr Iskander for quite a few months now due to severe postpartum anxiety and depression, originally… I love him so much as a doctor as he is an OBGYN I have endometriosis and live 300 miles away and am choosing to make the drive to him to not only continue care but to also have him do my procedure to have my uterus taken out ! He knows his stuff!! He is very smart and SPOT ON
And the reception desk his ladies are absolutely amazing as I’ve had problems with prescriptions on two occasions and they ARE ALWAYS available and ALWAYS pick up the phones ! Make calls to the pharmacy or insurance and take care of everything without me having to do anything ! They have been a absolute godsend !
