About Dr. George Osei-Bonsu
Dr. Osei-Bonsu is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
He completed his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine in 2001 with the prestigious Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York and has practiced Hospital Medicine in Greensboro for EaglePhysicians & Associates at the Moses Cone Health System over the past five years. As Site-Coordinating Physician, he provided treatment and consultation to acute hospital in-patients on a daily basis. Since 2005, Dr. Osei-Bonsu continues to hold the position of Medical Director of Wesley Long Hospital in Greensboro.
Dr. Osei-Bonsu resides with his loving and supportive wife Rita and their three delightful daughters.

I think Dr. Osei-Bonsu is a good doctor but staffing issues are a real issue at the office. After checking in online, I arrived and they said I had to check in a different way. Then I had to wait almost an hour before being seen by the doctor. They set up a virtual appointment to get blood results back, which in my experience is usually just done over the phone. Feel like this was done so they could charge me for another appointment. Also later found out that my insurance was not filed correctly for the visit and took a month to get that corrected. Also my insurance has free annual check ups yet was still charged. Had to ask for a refund and still waiting for that.

First impressions always last and I was not impressed or satisfied with my visit to Palladium Primary Care. First of all, the waiting area was a bit funky and hot, felt like I was stifling waiting to be seen. Based on the positive reviews for Dr Osei-Bonsu and the pre-checking experience, I ignored the waiting area encounter. Dr Osei-Bonsu entered the room and was out in less than a minute, he literally looked at my pre-check in paper and said he was going to prescribe medication. He rushed to check my breathing, only asked 2 questions, said he was going to order labs and started to exit the room while I was asking questions. He came back with the lab work up paper and handed me a paper for my prescription and literally tried to rush me out of the room because he had to go see other patients.
