I waited for two hours to be seen. The nurse was lovely, and the NP was helpful, but the wait time is too much. Also, documents I was asked to sign were not explained at check-in.

It is nice to know that some healthcare providers really do care about patient wellness and check up on you to see how you are doing after your appointments. Glad to find a new primary care doctor that is close to home, added bonus!

My visit was okay. I didn’t really feel like my concerns were addressed as much as they should have been. I felt pretty rushed, which was understandable because their receptionist wasn’t there and the nurse had to do everything, but I still think that I should’ve been paid a little more attention too. She was sweet, and caring, but my major concern was dismissed and I’m still going to be going every day with pain. The nurse that was there was lovely. She made me feel comfortable. My appointment was at 10:15 and I wasn’t called back until about 10:45, 10:55, so the wait was a tad long and there wasn’t that many people in the waiting room.

The minute I walked through the door the receptionist was very sweet, when I was speaking with the Dr she was genuinely concerned about my condition, she listened to what I had to say, and was focused on finding a solution.

She was alittle rude. She didnt suggest me birth control when I told her i had multiple children. It was more of a demand/smart remark. Felt alittle rushed like she was annoyed to be there. But the nurse was amazing!!!

The Doctor Complained about my traveling far to see her. I was on time for my appointment & she was out of my area, but I still drove a distance to see her hoping to find a good Doctor that cared. Instead I had to listen to her complain about my traveling too far to see her. I drove to see her on my time and at my gas expense. If I chose to travel 30 to an hour to see a Doctor that should be my sole decision not the Doctor's decision. If I do not see it as an inconvenience why does she. I came to be seen not sit and listen to her complaints & not be treated for why I made the appointment to come see her. Now a year later every week I get phone calls from a automatic phone service she uses asking me to come in for an appointment. I refused to be exposed to her rudeness & complaints. I will not go back to see her.

I went there on the weekday at night after work. I'm so surprised they were open that late. And they were close by too. It was a basic clinic but very friendly people and helped me with all I needed. They might be my new GP.

Absolutely loved her! It's actually a walk in clinic so its first come first serve. They don't go by appointments but that's my only complaint.

Felt like she rush us and didn't tell me any information about how my daughter health was or was I concern about anything. She kept saying how we are luck she doing the shots and physical for my daughter today. Because she only do shots Monday ( 2-5) & Tuesday (2-4) and physical Wednesday and she could of rejection us at the door. We went on a Saturday morning, she said we got lucky it not busy. She didn't make a follow-up appointment just said be back in six months for other shot.

The secretary was very helpful and efficient. The wait was not too bad and the Doctor was very nice. I was in and out in about an hour for my annual physical.

I waited 20 minutes just for them to give me paperwork to fill out and then another hour to be called back and about 30 more minutes to be seen. The place caters to lower income and I guess that is why they do not seems to care about how old worn down and dirty their office is. I went in with inflammation in my arm and only wanted to be prescribed an anti inflammatory stronger then over the counter. Instead I was giving a muscle relaxer and an over strong pain reliever. (a pill pusher combo common in pain management clinics) when I asked about an anti inflammatory, and questioned her for telling me to put heat on a muscle group that is hot to the touch, she looked at me funny and just wrote out another script and sent me on my way.

My visit went without a hitch. Everyone was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable, and I felt welcome straight away. The establishment is clean and bright. The drawing of blood was so painless that I thought that the nurse was still preparing even as it ended -- she really knows what she's doing.

I set up an appt online for a visit, however when I went to the office, the receptionist stated that they didn't have the appt because they don't make appointments. They did go ahead and see me though since it was just a follow-up. Unfortunately I only left "satisfactory" and "maybe" comments on Dr. Gwozdz's bedside manner and professionalism as she wasn't in the office. We we're seen by a nurse practioner, which was fine.

Due to a staffing shortage that morning, Dr Jennifer preformed my Complete Wellness Visit herself. She took my vital signs, weight, height and drew my blood. It was nice to actually see the doctor and have her for my complete visit.
