I have been a patient of Dr. Shah's for several years. He came highly recommended and I'm glad I followed my friend's advice.
He is very caring and has a wonderful beside manner.
All the staff are very pleasant and professional.
The only negative I have are insurance related ones, ranging from being told I didn't have any (using a prior insurance to run the claim against, even though I provided the new policy cards ahead of time), charging me the wrong amount or telling me to pay for things that my insurance doesn't require a copay for.
Double check your policy coverage before you go, or ask to be billed if something doesn't sound right.
The Crystal Run offices handle so many carriers and so many variations of each that I don't know how they keep it straight.
I hope to continue to be a patient of Dr. Shah's for many years to come!

I e been seeing Dr. Shah for many years. Not only is he a friendly face, but he makes me feel very comfortable. I waited maybe 3-5 minutes to be seen. The nurse was also extremely friendly! It was a great experience.

Dr Shah is the best. His bedside manner is absolutely unmatched. He is so sweet and genuine and makes you feel so comfortable during what is usually a somewhat uncomfortable appointment. He is very gentle and I felt no pain at all. I love coming to see him and would recommend him to anyone!
