About Dr. Mary Allison Kramer Ratner
Dr. Allison Kramer completed her undergraduate training at the University of Virginia as an Echols scholar with a degree in Human Biology. She attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School for her medical doctorate degree and while there achieved Alpha Omega Alpha Honors and was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She then completed her residency training in OB/GYN at Baylor University Medical Center.
Dr. Kramer joined Vernon and Waldrep OB-GYN Associates in October 2022. She practices full obstetrical services, including high-risk OB, as well as full gynecological services. She is trained in robotics and
minimally invasive surgery and was distinguished as the top Baylor University Medical Center resident for robotic surgery and minimally invasive and gynecologic surgery.
Dr. Kramer enjoys gardening, cooking, biking/yoga, and reading. She lives in Dallas with her husband, rescue dogs/cat, chickens, and baby
boy, Riley.

Being a new patient the staff was very friendly. My wait time was expected seeing the office was very busy. I would highly recommend Dr Kramer. She very pleasant and easy to talk to.

When I got there I was nervous and the nurse that brought me in made me feel right at home! We talked and talked and she made me feel less anxious. I had childhood sexual trauma and haven’t ever been to a obgyn. I was stress and scared and nervous and Mrs. Rea and Dr. Kramer were a blessing! Then made me smile and laugh and made me feel so comfortable. Immediately disarmed me made me feel like I was with family and at home. I CANT EVEN DESCRIBE HOW PLEASED AND HAPPY I AM WITH THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED. I’m keeping them forever!

Dr. Kramer Ratner was amazing, best gynecologist I have ever seen. She is so friendly and so is her nurse assistant, Rae. They made an appointment I really wasn't looking forward to, a lot smoother and good experience. I left there with all my questions answered and concerns heard. My nurse, Ray or Rae, was so nice and friendly. She made me feel really comfortable coming to a new office. Dr. Mary Kramer Ratner was very friendly and listened to all my questions and concerns. She was gentle and I didn’t feel rushed during the exam. She offered me multiple solutions to my problems/ concerns but she didn’t judge me or pressure me to pick one or any particular solution. She really helped make sure I understood the information enough to feel comfortable in making informed decisions about my personal health.

I am so grateful I found this office. Initially, when I walked in, the waiting area felt very calming. I only had to wait about 5 minutes before I was seen, so that was a major bonus. Rae (I hope I spelled that correctly) took me to the back area to set me up, and she was such a gem. Dr. Kramer was amazing! she listened to ALL of my issues and concerns and even educated me. it was so nice to have a doctor who actually believes that my symptoms are real and not being overlooked. I HIGHLY recommend coming to this office. I am so incredibly thankful I found this office.
