As a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists since 1998 and a Certified Menopause Practitioner since 2019, my clinical focus has evolved toward perimenopause, menopause, and midlife women's health. Throughout my career, I have practiced full-scope obstetrics and gynecology, including low- and high-risk obstetrics and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. Over time, I recognized a meaningful gap in structured, evidence-based care for women navigating hormonal transition in midlife and menopause and I have intentionally focused my work in this space. I am an active member of The Menopause Society and the International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health (ISSWSH). As a Charleston native and second-generation OBGYN physician working with my father for 10 years, I value relationship-centered medicine and the trust that develops through continuity of care. Listening carefully, educating clearly, and partnering with women in decision-making remain central to how I practice. My focus is helping women navigate midlife with clarity, strength, and confidence - supported by science, experience, and meaningful connection.
