About Dr. Nefertiti Brown
Dr. Nefertiti Brown has joined Medical Arts Centers to serve uptown and downtown population of New York City. Dr Brown is a Primary Care provider with extensive experience in outpatient medicine, preventive care, clinical oversight, and multidisciplinary care coordination. Dr Brown is highly experienced in conducting comprehensive medical evaluations and successfully managing acute and chronic health concerns.
Dr. Brown accepts patients from nineteen years of age onward and is currently accepting new patients for annual health examinations and general consultations. Dr Brown is highly knowledgeable and compassionate provider; she takes her time to understand symptoms and give correct diagnoses to ensure continued health of all her patients.
Dr Brown works in conjunction with other Board-Certified Physicians at our Medical Arts Centers, to successfully perform comprehensive evaluation of the problem for all of her patients.
Physicians at Medical Arts Centers specialize in a range of fields including Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Neurology, Pulmonology, Pain Management, Sleep Medicine, & Radiology, among other specialties. All our providers work together to provide the best quality care for our patients. Dr. Brown will refer patients to specialists if the problem needs to be further investigated.
Dr. Brown and her staff members are providing in-office Cardiovascular, Pulmonary and Neurological screening using a full array of General Ultrasound / Cardio / Vascular studies / ECHO/ Event Monitors/ NCS / EEG / Sleep Studies / EVOX, PFT and allergy testing, all available during patients’ first visit to Medical Arts centers. In assessing and evaluating patients, Dr. Brown successfully utilizes services of her team of physicians, and STAT (wet) results are available in urgent situations
