“I had a great experience at Manhattan Vision Associates. I saw Dr. Rachel Du on 2/19/2026 and she was thorough, patient, and explained everything clearly, even though I was running on little sleep that day.
I booked the appointment the day before through Zocdoc because my schedule changes often, and they were very accommodating. Kevin greeted me warmly and clearly explained my paperwork. Solange, the ophthalmic tech, gave me an accurate timeframe when I mentioned I had work soon. I was in and out smoothly.
The visit was efficient, organized, and seamless from start to finish. I even made it to work early.
Technology is great, but being treated like a real person matters most. Excellent doctor, excellent team, excellent experience. Highly recommend.”

After months of looking around I can finally say I found the optical for me. It was very nice in there and the customer service was superb. First time I had felt that a doctor had actually cared about my eyes. 10/10 experience and will coming again shortly.
