He took the time to inform me, which is amazing because I NEED information and communication to thrive. He answered all my questions, made me feel like I could actually talk without being judged or told what to do. He eased my mind with my recent news and assured me that he would help find the proper doctors when it was out of his realm. I also had the pleasure of being poked by Mr. Wagner. A lovely Venezuelan man with a gentle touch. I am super sensitive when I have blood drawn for some reason I either vomit or hit the floor, but they took the extra precaution to lie me down, find a vein that wouldn’t hurt as bad and the bed side manor was impeccable. I love that everyone is so friendly and speak so many languages, coming from a multilingual family, it made me feel at home.”

When I called they said my appointment never went through, they didn't have me in their system, and I needed to reschedule my appointment and enter my information again. They had no record of anything so I didn't know if that's Zocdoc's fault or if it was the doctor's fault but I feel like it was probably on Zocdoc's end. I don't know. It was just really disappointing.

Dr. Ravi Shah, although he's a somewhat new and young doctor (32), he was very knowledgeable. He was very clear and concise when providing information. His staff is attentive and professional. In the three years I've been in Georgia, this was the best experience I've had with a medical professional.

Dr. Shah is the only primary care I will ever go to. I've been to many doctors in my life, and Dr. Shah is the only one that will listen to me. I feel safe and comfortable with this doctor, he's super kind, polite, and he just listens to me like no other doctor. He takes everything into account, and I feel involved with my care on every level. Safe to say if he ever leaves Magnolia Clinic, I'll go wherever he practices next.

The wait was long but not longer than any other doctors office I have been in and it was the Monday after a holiday. The doctor was knowledgeable asked questions and listened to my needs and concerns. I left happy with his course of action.
