About Dr. Robert Gladney
Dr. Gladney was raised in Flower Mound, TX. He graduated with honors from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in both Biology and Chemistry.
He went on to obtain his medical degree from Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine. Dr. Gladney completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas where he received numerous awards for teaching as well as awards for excellence in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, commitment to patient safety, and for his commitment to excellence, leadership, and balance. He was also recognized as an outstanding resident in gynecologic oncology.
Dr. Gladney is passionate about women’s health and providing comprehensive care for his patients rather than solely focusing on individual issues. He is skilled in the treatment of gynecologic disorders, minimally invasive and robotic surgery, and complete obstetrical care including high risk obstetrics.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending his time with his wife Melissa, their two daughters Campbell and Connor, and their son Walker.

Make sure this office accepts your insurance. Check yourself, because they don't until the day of your appointment. Then tell you, that you can pay cash. Why would I do that when I have health insurance ?? Very disappointed with the customer service communication

I had a truly positive experience with Dr. Gladney as my OB-GYN. From start to finish, the entire visit was smooth and professional. The front desk staff was welcoming, the clinic was clean and well-organized, and I didn’t have to wait long.
Dr. Gladney made me feel completely at ease. They listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything in a clear and respectful way, and showed genuine care for my health and comfort. Whether it was for a routine check-up or a more personal matter, I felt supported and never rushed.
It can be difficult to find an OB-GYN who balances expertise with empathy, but Dr. Gladney does just that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate doctor.

Dr. Gladney and his assistant Erica were amazing. Their bedside manner was phenomenal. I was seen almost immediately, was listened to, responded to according to my questions and concerns, and they were patient. I did not feel rushed. I am happy to see he and his team for future visits.
Additionally, the front office staff was also amazing. When I arrived, I was called over to the counter of one specific receptionist. She already had my file and was ready to continue checking me in.
I was a little apprehensive about walking during this first time visit due to the outdoor appearance. However, I'm so glad I did not judge this book by its cover. The outdoor needs a few touches for better curb appeal, but the service is great!
I highly recommend this office!
