And talked through with me the different options for next steps. Even listened to one of my suggestions when he thought it was good. Made me feel like I was in good hands. “I was 10 min late for my appointment, but was then made to wait 2 hours to see the doctor. I understand about being late, but nobody gave any indication of how long it would be or that I would have to wait an extended period of time because of it. To my surprise, I also had to fill out paperwork that I had already submitted online through ZocDoc, further delaying my appointment. What is the point of doing this online then? Ultimately the thing I came for (contacts) weren’t available in the prescription I needed and I had to make another appointment to come back in two weeks to do this all over again. A waste of an afternoon.”
