My interest in human physiology and the sciences, plus my love of interacting with people in a genuine manner, led me to a career in medicine. The physiologic changes women experience over their lifetime - in puberty, during pregnancy and in perimenopause and menopause - are immense. So, I strive to be a trusted source of knowledge and expert guide; to equip women with the latest data; to find holistic approaches when possible; and to empower them to make well-informed decisions about their health. I enjoy working in partnership with my patients with the aim of helping them achieve their best health. My research interests include polycystic ovary syndrome, insulin resistance and infertility treatments. I love travel and exploration and especially love discovering new places with my husband and our two sons. Other interests include fitness, nutrition, spending time in nature and with my loved ones.
