She's is an amazing Doctor. She actually listened to hear my problems. I loved the fact she didn't rush me out her office. The wait wasn't long at all. I would definitely recommend her to a friend or family member. I made her my new PCP.
Very professional and impessive
Great doctor, didn't take long to be seen
Good environment, very nice staff and Dr. Rubinshteyn is caring and extremely professional.
prescribed new drug that sent me to hospital with enlarged pancreas ,,,never advised that it could be one of the effects so i could be looking for signs never told me to come back in a week or 2 to follow up on new drug never went back to her
Excellent professional care. Staff is pleasant and professional as well.
Very professional and pleasant! NOTHING like other doctor visits within NYC
The workers were professional but not overly hospitable. Took some time to locate my insurance copay, which took longer than expected. The Dr was somewhat informative, but not very interactive.
It was terrible the staff didn't provide good customer service. Staff wasn't friendly. Guess you can't provide what you don't have. People talked to me with an attitude, I guess because I'm black and they don't care how they talk to certain people. Dr. Rubinshteyn was cold and not friendly, and she spoke to me like I was some uneducated person who didn't go to school. None of the staff stood out, everyone seemed unhappy about what they were doing. I was impressed and wouldn't go back there. I'm going to choose a different primary doctor.
The staff was very professional and cordial. The doctor is very attentive to my previous medical conditions. Fully equipped with medical equipment. I definitely recommended this doctor to family and friends.
Very good Doctor, very pleasant atmosphere in office. Nice and friendly personnel.
The doctor was very nice, very professional. Explained and answered all my questions very thoroughly. Took her time, I didn't feel rushed. Also with great office staff. Overall a great experience! Highly recommend! Finally found my primary care doctor!
Very good doctor. The doctor was lovely and very helpful, and professional, reallly listened to what i had to say and took time to go through everything with me. I highly recommended thi doctor.
She spoke over me and wouldn't let me talk. And then got frustrated when I wasn't able to give her more information. Probably won't go back.
She didn't have a great bedside manner. She gave off a cold, somewhat judgmental feeling. I felt like I wasn't worth her time and was just another dollar in her pocket. She followed through professionally, but not sure if I'll go back regularly (most likely on an as needed basis).
physical only lasted less than five minutes. It was not at all thorough.
Dr. Rubinshteyn and her staff are perfectly nice people and generally there wasn't anything glaringly bad. However, I did find myself a bit frustrated on a few levels. I didn't think I was able to clearly communicate my concerns, nor did I think the staff's responses to my questions were particularly clear or reassuring. I also received a follow-up call, and the person handling the call expressed a bit of frustration at my questions and repeatedly requested that I come in for a follow-up consultation. Generally I have no problem doing so, but my issue is that I had no sense of how urgent or important the things they were noting were, which is a somewhat concerning/annoying position to be in. I probably would not return to this office again -- not because it's unpleasant or because the staff is incompetent but just because it's too much of a hassle to get clear and simple answers. I think it's at least partially due to a cultural/language barrier, which might not be as much of an issue for someone who speaks the native tongue of the staff here (which I think is Russian).
The wait time was too long and there was only one medical assistant doing preliminary assessments and taking samples. I saw Dr. Rubinshteyn face-to-face for maybe 2-3 minutes.
Not too pleasant.
Very nice doctor and staff. :)
Doctor was courteous, asked about my medical history & the visit was fast (under an hour). Would visit again.
The office setting is very warm and welcoming, the staff were very helpful and quick on their feet. Dr. Rubinshteyn's work ethic and her attention toward me as a patient was wonderful. She listened to everything I had to say and gave me the necessary treatment plan. The quality of work in this Medical Office was overall high, in my opinion. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Rubinshteyn to all my friends and relatives, and all others who are seeking a great medical professional.
