It was less than average the doctor while nice did not go into any detail with me about my physical then herself and the nurse both blamed me for eating breakfast before getting blood work? Isn’t it their job to explainall prep prior to an appointment? Lastly I never got a call after my blood work so worse of all I have no idea what the results are. Won’t be returning again

The doctor was very nice and professional and answered all my questions. I hadn’t been to the doctor in years and wanted to get a full blood panel, my appointment was at 12 and I wasn’t seen by the doctor untilafter 1230. Which is not a big deal most medical offices have about a 30 minute wait. The only issue was that they stopped doing blood tests at 1pm, so because they were late I got out of the doctors office at 1:01 and went to the lady who was supposed to take out my blood samples and she said “I only do blood work until 1.” If they’re going to be late they should take full responsibility and also do blood work until later. Either hire more staff or lay staff overtime. Overall I probably wont be back to do my blood work because i’m extremely busy and my plan was to get everything done in one day. But, if you have time, this is a clean and professional office.

The first visit was okay. I'm Hispanic, everyone in that office looked at me Akward when I walked in. I was not paying mind to it. The medical assistant was straight forward and a bit rude. I let it slide andit was fine. The doctor herself was okay, treated me nice. The second time, I had gone to the ER and they told me to follow up with my PCP. I go to their office, and after seeing the doctor she orders an EKG and blood work. I go and seat with this medical assistant, mind you super rude towards me throwing stuff around me, I sit and I give her the document given by the doctor . She tells me in her broken English, I'm sorry but that may be her anger towards me, that she had to try harder to communicate i guess. She basically tells me that if I know if my insurance covers this? I answered huh? I am not sure I added. She looked at me so angry and told me to find out. I grabbed my stuff and told her that this is not a way to speak to a patient, she did it care a bit and let me walk out. I go to the receptionists I told them I wanted all my record and that I was not coming back, they told me okay we will mail you your record, they just looked at each other knowing whose fault it was. They never tried to speak to a supervisor and I personally didn't make a big deal right then because they seem to be all related and my complaint wouldn't really do much. If you're Hispanic or anything other than White, just save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I am not the type of person to write this or walk out but this lady had no respect towards me, no manners, no nothing.

I'm very pleased with Dr. Rubinshteyn's professionalism and attentiveness. She is very informative, knowledgeable and friendly doctor with very high work ethics. She listens to you carefully and you never feel being rushed there. I'm verysatisfied with treatment plan she has provided and its effectiveness. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rubinshteyn to my friends and family.

I waited two hours for my appointment and sat in the waiting room with the flu watching patients go in before me. It took an hour for the receptionist to confirm my insurance information and copay. I had to get onthe phone with customer service myself because the receptionist was too impatient to wait on the phone line.

It was terrible the staff didn't provide good customer service. Staff wasn't friendly. Guess you can't provide what you don't have. People talked to me with an attitude, I guess because I'm black and they don't care how they talk tocertain people. Dr. Rubinshteyn was cold and not friendly, and she spoke to me like I was some uneducated person who didn't go to school. None of the staff stood out, everyone seemed unhappy about what they were doing. I was impressed and wouldn't go back there. I'm going to choose a different primary doctor.

She didn't have a great bedside manner. She gave off a cold, somewhat judgmental feeling. I felt like I wasn't worth her time and was just another dollar in her pocket. She followed through professionally, but not sure if I'll goback regularly (most likely on an as needed basis).

Dr. Rubinshteyn and her staff are perfectly nice people and generally there wasn't anything glaringly bad. However, I did find myself a bit frustrated on a few levels. I didn't think I was able to clearly communicate my concerns, nor didI think the staff's responses to my questions were particularly clear or reassuring. I also received a follow-up call, and the person handling the call expressed a bit of frustration at my questions and repeatedly requested that I come in for a follow-up consultation. Generally I have no problem doing so, but my issue is that I had no sense of how urgent or important the things they were noting were, which is a somewhat concerning/annoying position to be in. I probably would not return to this office again -- not because it's unpleasant or because the staff is incompetent but just because it's too much of a hassle to get clear and simple answers. I think it's at least partially due to a cultural/language barrier, which might not be as much of an issue for someone who speaks the native tongue of the staff here (which I think is Russian).

The office setting is very warm and welcoming, the staff were very helpful and quick on their feet. Dr. Rubinshteyn's work ethic and her attention toward me as a patient was wonderful. She listened to everything I had to say andgave me the necessary treatment plan. The quality of work in this Medical Office was overall high, in my opinion. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Rubinshteyn to all my friends and relatives, and all others who are seeking a great medical professional.
