About Dr. Yvonne Barry
Dr. Yvonne A. Barry is a seasoned family practitioner with nearly two decades of experience. Her scope of family practice includes women’s health, sports medicine, adult medicine, mental health, and geriatrics. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Barry has served as the on-call doctor for Cirque du Soleil, provided care for the geriatric community through her on-call services in the greater Las Vegas area, and acted as an advocate for women's cardiovascular health. An avid reader, she is passionate about promoting her patients' health through preventative measures such as optimizing nutrition, exercise, and stress relief. The International Association of HealthCare Professionals (IAHCP) has recognized Dr. Barry by featuring her in their premier publication, The Leading Physicians of the World. It was a very good experience for me. I have been a patient of hers since December, 2024, and since then I have found her to be a very pleasant, thorough and well experienced doctor, who understands my health problems very well. On my last visit 09/22/25, I had a long wait time, but overall, very productive, as my concerns were dealt with. Yes, I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a caring and well experienced doctor, and yes, she is now my PCP, so I will continue to see her. Dr. Barry’s office was extremely busy the day I was there, but things moved along smoothly. I personally thought the desk staff was a little short with some of the patients, but they treated me well. Once I was called in, the nurse was extremely nice. I did not have to wait long for the doctor to come in. The doctor listened to me and gave me options to consider. Once treatment was decided, the nurse came in, gave my injection and I was on my way.
