Receptionist was rude and frustrating to deal with. Nurse was nice as well as the doctor which made it ok I guess. The receptionist was supposed to send 4 prescriptions to my pharmacy but only sent 1. The pharmacist called the office while I was waiting for the prescriptions which she refused to give over the phone and said she would send in. I waited 10 miserably sick minutes before leaving the pharmacy and calling the office again. The receptionist couldn't handle speaking with me and handed the phone to the doctor who was apologetic and nice and sent the missing prescriptions herself. Frustrating experience …read more

Wonderful informative Doctor! She really knows what she is doing. Her office has a calm, comfy and professional atmosphere. The second Dr. Shah and I met, I felt at ease around her.
