She was so lovely- awesome bedside manner, office staff was friendly and efficient. She helped me remove a chalazion from my upper eyelid and it was painless. She comfortably chatted with me which was a nice distraction during the procedure. It’s day two of healing and I have minimal bruising and swelling- most people might not even notice except myself. Same day appointment and removal was awesome- great location and clean facilities. Easy correspondence with staff and dr. Via text and email- I really like their responsiveness. It’s quick and also like that it has a “younger” more approachable vibe to everything. I was never directed to an endless loop of an answer machine or call center. Wonderful experience. I was taken on time and had my coverage/co-pay explained to me when I arrived. The woman who did my initial tests was thorough and kind.
