Hello. I'm Aalysha.
Do you have a critic in your head who beats you up over the smallest mistakes? Do you doubt yourself, procrastinate, and avoid facing the day? Maybe you've wondered how much your past traumas impact your daily life, relationships, and goals today. You want to imagine a day when you are able to think freely without worry; a day when you wake up feeling energized, pain-free, and fulfilled.
I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, and I help people move into their full potential by addressing both past traumas and current issues of anxiety, sadness, burnout, addiction, self-doubt, and depression. In our sessions together, I’ll provide compassion, honesty, and a safe place to share and grow.
What should a new client know about working with you?
From our first session together we will begin identifying specific goals that will drive our work. We will practice techniques to manage daily symptoms. Some of our work may include specialized therapeutic tools to aid in processing trauma and negative self-beliefs. I may also suggest incorporating other supports outside of therapy like nutrition and fitness resources to create a whole-self balance.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
