I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience. We all begin and end each day with a common denominator and that is we are all fallible human beings. It is within our mistakes that we have the biggest capacity to grow and to become the individuals we are striving to become. My fundamental belief is that everyone needs therapy! My approach to therapy is helping clients understand that we can all change no matter how long we have struggled with an issue. Difficult is not impossible. The only way we change our behavior is to change the way in which we think. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), works.
