What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapy style is warm, direct, and collaborative. Clients often describe me as focused and grounded—they know I’m fully present with them and that I’ll challenge them when needed, in a supportive way. I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. I tailor each session to your specific goals, blending performance psychology, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed practices to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. In our first session, we’ll focus on what’s bringing you in and start to clarify your goals. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experience, and you’ll have space to share whatever feels most important. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance—just show up as you are. If you’re someone who’s driven but feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from what really matters to you, I’m here to help you reconnect and realign.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with really understanding your story—what’s bringing you in, what you’ve tried before, and what you want to be different. In the first few sessions, we’ll clarify your goals and identify the patterns, pressures, or internal conflicts that are keeping you stuck. From there, I take an active, collaborative approach tailored to your needs. Depending on what fits best for you, I integrate performance psychology tools, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness practices, and evidence-based strategies for anxiety, identity, and emotional regulation. Sessions are focused and purposeful—we’ll explore deeper issues while also building practical skills you can use right away. Throughout the process, I’ll check in regularly to make sure therapy is aligned with your goals. My aim is to help you develop clarity, resilience, and momentum so you can perform, lead, and live at your best.
