I’m a therapist at Ideal Psychology Group, and I specialize in working with individuals who feel stuck in cycles of stress, anger, or relationship struggles. Whether it’s navigating conflict, coping with addiction, or carrying the weight of unresolved trauma, I provide a grounded and supportive space to help you move forward.

What should a new client know about working with you?
If you're tired of feeling like you have to hold it all together, or in a relationship where you are stuck in the same frustrating patterns, you're not alone. Many of the individuals I work with come in feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure about how to express what they’re truly feeling. Therapy with me is straightforward, honest, and down-to-earth.
I create a space where you don’t have to prove anything or have it all figured out. We’ll look at the deeper patterns, what’s driving the frustration, the conflict, or the distance, and work together to build something stronger. Whether it's learning to be a better partner or parent, working through trauma, or just getting your footing back emotionally, I'm here to help you make real, lasting change. No judgment, just real talk and real support.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My approach combines Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic resources, which means we’ll look at the different parts of you, like the side that wants to change and the side that resists it, while also building tools to calm the body and regulate emotions. This way, growth doesn’t just happen in your head, but in how you live and connect with the people around you.
