Hi, I'm Aaron White, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor's degree from Rider University. I work with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship issues, stress management, parenting challenges, racial identity, and work/life balance. I also support those experiencing multiple areas of grief and loss, including the loss of a relationship, the death of a loved one, or the loss of a job.
