Getting to know Abbey Bryan

Abbey is a licensed therapist in Texas. Whether we are working through a complicated period of life or something more, we can all use a partner to help sort through our thoughts and feelings. Abbey has an eclectic and authentic approach to helping clients navigate it all. She has spent many years supporting young adults as they transition through life. Now, many of her clients are experiencing periods of change, working through challenges in relationships, or have decided they are ready to heal. Abbey received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston and a Master's degree in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University. When she is not in session, she enjoys parenting, traveling, reading, serving her community, or using the "Are you still watching?" feature on Netflix.
