“A while ago I had come to terms that I needed to seek out mental health care. The thought of this left me nervous and restless. When I first got into a video call with Abbie for the first time and slowly began to open up further about how I felt my world had begun to crash down upon me, she offered me the space and comfortability to let the rest of the world blur itself out and let my voice shine above all. She also provided me with some very amazing words to think about as well. Soon after the meeting ended my mind felt clear, as if it was the exact peace I was looking for. ”
