Starting therapy can be one of the hardest steps to take — it takes courage to show up for yourself. Thank you for being here. I’m a licensed therapist and the founder of Let’s Unpack That Counseling. I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported as you begin your journey toward healing and growth. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning, I’m here to walk alongside you. My approach My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together at your pace. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, or just feeling stuck, we’ll unpack it together, one step at a time. My goal is to help you build insight, resilience, and meaningful change, all while honoring your unique story. My focus I specialize in working with adults 18 and older who are navigating self-doubt, chronic medical issues, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to manage these challenges, and my goal is to offer support that feels grounding, empowering, and tailored to your needs. In addition to my work with adults, I also have experience supporting both teens and adults on the autism spectrum. I strive to create a neurodiversity-affirming space where all clients feel understood and accepted for who they are. My communication style One of my strengths as a therapist is my communication style — warm, clear, and grounded in empathy. I believe that feeling truly heard is a powerful part of the healing process, and I work hard to create a space where you can speak freely without judgment. I value open and honest dialogue, and I aim to meet each conversation with curiosity, patience, and respect. Whether we’re exploring difficult emotions or celebrating growth, I’m committed to being fully present and responsive in our work together.
