My name is Abby Isquith, and I am a Clinical Social Worker and Mental Health Therapist in Washington State. I have a Master's in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh with a specialty in Mental Health. I have over 16 years of experience in the mental health field, and have provided therapy to clients with a variety of backgrounds and symptoms. I currently provide individual therapy to adults (ages 18+). I know that the process of finding a therapist can be daunting. My first sessions are typically spent understanding what brought you to meeting with me, a snapshot of your life right now and setting up some goals for therapy. Clients often come away from these initial sessions feeling heard, having the space to talk about what they need, but also learning some coping techniques that they can practice between sessions. I strive to develop a genuine relationship with my clients where you feel comfortable bringing anything that you need to discuss to our sessions.
