Getting to know Abby Stancik

One husband; two dogs; three kids and now a cat. I work in private practice in Austin; Texas. I spend a lot of time running kids to way too many sports and love to be outside. If texting/chat sessions are going to be your primary way to communicate - I'm your therapist. I am available for video too. My practice is focused on people experiencing anxiety and depression and anyone who identifies that they want to feel and do better. I absolutely love what I do and love helping others find a way to feel and live better. We all have periods of time in our lives where we experience struggle. I am here to help.
