Getting to know Abey Adams Adasah

I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and emotional challenges by providing practical tools and clear direction for change. I use evidence-based approaches including **CBT, DBT, ACT, SFBT, and REBT**, along with Christian counseling for those who desire a faith-based perspective. My focus is on helping clients better understand themselves, regulate their emotions, and take meaningful steps forward with confidence. I work best with individuals who are ready to grow—those who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of themselves but are open to doing the work. Whether you’re dealing with stress, self-doubt, or relationship challenges, we focus on building real-life coping skills, strengthening resilience, and creating lasting, solution-focused change. My approach is supportive, direct, and judgment-free, while also being structured and goal-oriented. I prioritize skill-building and targeting your key concerns so you leave sessions with tools you can actually use, helping you regain control, clarity, and confidence in your life.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
