I am a caring therapist dedicated to "Helping Others Win" by assisting and empowering individuals on their path to healing and self-discovery. I develop strategies tailored to each client's specific needs. I have worked with people to help them manage stress and anxiety, as well as improve motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe you are the expert on your own narrative and that you possess numerous strengths to help you overcome obstacles. It takes bravery to pursue a more fulfilled and happy life and to take the initial steps toward change. I hold a Master’s in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
As a mindfulness and solution-focused clinician, I believe in becoming more aware and accepting of our current experience without being distracted or overwhelmed by thoughts and emotions. I also believe that the client knows themselves best, and my duty is to assist the client in achieving their goals.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
