My own lengthy and challenging journey to motherhood has given me a unique perspective in supporting women struggling to conceive. I know firsthand the hardships infertility can have on both the individual and the couple. Another focus of my practice is restoring and strengthening relationships, whether romantic, parent-child, stepfamily, or your relationship with yourself. I work with you to manage conflicts and find ways to reconnect with yourself and others. I also work with teenagers ages 13-17 experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, substance use, poor school performance, family conflict, and behavioral issues. If your child is acting in ways you don’t understand, they may not understand it either. Depression, anxiety, and behavioral issues can manifest when a child has an inner struggle they can’t identify or manage. I work with you and your child to help them achieve a more peaceful state. At the core of my approach is the belief that everyone has a unique story and that sharing it is essential to healing. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can express yourself freely and work through your burdens. I’m available through call, text, or email, and offer a complimentary 10-minute phone consultation. Your comfort and wellbeing are my top priorities, and I’m committed to helping you find the support you need to live a happier life.
