I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mississippi State University. My approach to counseling is an integration of person-centered, narrative, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Additionally, I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities depending on my client's individual needs and goals. I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults, and I have experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and life transitions. When I am not in the office, you can find me trying new restaurants, spending time with my dogs Berklee, Bandit, and Nelly, completing my next home project, or catching up with friends and family.
