Hello, I'm Abby. I approach therapy with a strengths-based model, sensitive to the traumas and societal challenges that my clients face. I believe that an equitable, nonjudgmental, and open partnership between therapist and client is crucial to a healthy therapeutic experience. I look forward to coming alongside individuals and couples who are committed to joining me in that work. With over 8 years of experience in a diverse range of mental health care settings, I specialize in areas such as depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, multicultural and diversity issues, sex and intimacy issues, spirituality, stress, trauma, intimate and romantic relationships, ADHD, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anxiety, autism spectrum support, and children's mental/behavioral health. I strive to offer a safe space for adolescents and adults from all walks of life to process life's difficulties and build lasting resilience. I hold an MA and am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. It has been my experience, both professionally and personally, that genuine care for one’s mental health can make a lasting, positive impact in the lives of individuals, families, and communities. Together, we can navigate the challenges you face and work towards a healthier, more fulfilling life. If you're ready to take the next steps in your mental health journey, I invite you to reach out.
