I can assist you in finding coping strategies and tools to help you in the present while searching for and addressing the source of the problem for more long-term solutions. Through it all, it is important to me that sessions are a source of comfort and encouragement in this process. I look forward to helping guide you as you learn to become the healthiest version of you. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from the State University of New York, Old Westbury, and a Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York, Binghamton.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I earned a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Old Westbury with honors, after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Binghamton University. I have worked with a variety of clients from different backgrounds and mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, interpersonal difficulty, behavioral problems, social anxiety, and more. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults and seniors. I specialize in helping to guide my clients towards finding out how to be their best selves and to help them create healthy relationships by increasing communication skills.
