What should a new client know about working with you?

My ideal client is anyone who has taken the step to seek therapy. I believe that if you’re willing to make changes and grow, you will. My ideal client is open about their experiences and willing to go on their journey of healing. I’ve worked with all populations and topics, including anxiety, depression, family conflict, life changes, empowerment, social justice, and LGBTQIA+ matters. I have extensive experience with teens and young adults, who often connect well with my approach.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I deeply believe in the power of connection and the strength we can find through healing. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly seen and supported as you navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or seeking greater self-understanding, I’ll work alongside you to uncover your strengths and help you build the life you want. I want you to know that you don’t have to face this alone—together, we can make sense of your struggles and create meaningful, lasting change.
