Hello, I'm Abigail. I specialize in counseling adults dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, postpartum and general life issues, to gain clarity, learn skills to make informed decisions and live a productive life. I am a board certified LPC with over 7years of experience as a counselor. I have worked with individuals dealing with various mental health challenges to help unravel their inner strengths, learn skills and become self aware, to find the healing they desire. I am a trained EMDR therapist, and use other evidence based therapy as appropriate, like CBT and DBT. I specialize in a variety of areas including anger management, antisocial behavior, ADHD, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, family relationships, multicultural/diversity issues, OCD, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), PTSD, spirituality, trauma, depression, anxiety, and stress.
