Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from Messiah University in Marriage, Couple and Family counseling in 2021 and have been practicing for 6 years. I am an experienced and empathic marriage/family therapist who provides services to individuals, couples, and families for issues including relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, parent/child difficulties, co-parenting struggles, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and PTSD. I have a history of working in different therapy fields from Addiction counseling to Family Counseling. I participate in monthly trainings that focus on family systems, family conflict, relationship issues, and mental health to continue growing my knowledge and skills to best help my clients. As an experienced licensed professional counselor, it is my honor to assist you in exploring your core issues and moving toward a healthy, fulfilling life. I have a rich history of counseling and helping people overcome different challenges. My addiction counseling services started in 2018, and in 2020, I shifted my focus to family-based counseling. This approach allowed me to address challenges faced by families and individuals, promoting healthy communication and relationships. I am well-equipped to handle challenging situations and break barriers. Starting therapy can be scary and is the first big step in the healing process. I will provide you with a safe, non-judgmental, and therapeutic space to work on healing.
