I am an open and honest therapist. I hold a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Pepperdine University and am a licensed professional counselor, which is a master’s level license. I am also a licensed chemical dependency counselor. I bring an honest opinion and life experience to my work. I work with people of all ages and specialize in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and issues related to grief and family of origin. I believe in helping you feel better more quickly and often use behavioral techniques to encourage positive action. I enjoy working with people who have complex issues and mental health challenges. I have experience working in hospitals, detox centers, clinics, private practices, and counseling centers. I currently see clients online and offer sliding scale fees as needed on an individual basis. I look forward to helping you.
