My goal is to help you gain deeper insight into yourself, build practical tools for managing life's challenges, and develop greater confidence in your ability to navigate change. While therapy can be hard work at times, it's also a space for relief, growth, and self-discovery. I aim to create a space where you feel safe being exactly who you are, while also feeling encouraged to move toward who want to become.
