I am also a Registered Provider of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Outpatient Treatment for the judicial system of Nebraska, accepting vouchers from the state. Being bilingual in English and Spanish, I am culturally sensitive and aware of the diverse backgrounds of my clients, ensuring that each individual's unique cultural context is respected and understood in our sessions together. My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that to avoid substance abuse relapse, we must address the underlying triggers, patterns, and trauma that have led to maladaptive coping mechanisms. I am trained and certified in the Comprehensive Adolescent Severity Inventory (CASI), the assessment tool selected by the state of Nebraska for the Supreme Court of Nebraska, Office of Probation Administration’s Registered Service Provider List. This specialized training allows me to effectively support children and adolescents in navigating their mental and behavioral health challenges. I greatly enjoy witnessing how children, adolescents, and families achieve their dreams of finding safety, harmony, stability, and fulfillment in their lives.
