What should a new client know about working with you?

A new client working with me can expect a compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where we will focus on your goals and growth at your own pace. My approach is centered on understanding your unique experiences, qualities, and challenges, so I tailor each session to meet your individual needs. I am here to empower you or your family, to help you feel equipped to manage life’s stressors, and to work toward positive change. What is your typical process for working with clients?

My style is warm and supportive, yet I will gently challenge you when necessary to help you move toward your goals. Therapy with me is about building trust and creating a safe environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment. I believe in honoring your strengths and values, and we will use them as the foundation to work through any difficulties you face. My goal is to help you feel more confident, resilient, and better equipped to handle the ups and downs of life.
