It is my core belief as a clinician that every client is an individual and deserves a tailored approach in therapy. I hold an MSW and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over seven years of experience. I've had the honor and privilege of helping my clients learn and strive for their best self. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and the best evidence-based practices to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and developing better life and coping skills.
