What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is to empower and help guide you to be "psychologically flexible". I love incorporating modalities such as Acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to help you win the struggles that you have with yourself every day. Whether that be past or present trauma experiences, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, self-esteem issues, ADHD, personality disorders, OCD, or relationship issues. Together, we can identify and explore what it is that is causing you psychological pain and learn what skills/strategies will help provide you with the ability to not let life struggles/stressors cause you distress.
