I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Monmouth University, which laid the foundation for my work in mental health. My approach I specialize in ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) and TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy). I personally struggle with anxiety and OCD.
