Getting to know Adam Whitlatch

My name is Adam Whitlatch. I'm a clinical psychotherapist working in Los Angeles with a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles. If you work with me, you'll find that I focus on building a therapeutic relationship first and foremost. I believe that in therapy, in order to see the change that you seek, you need a base of trust and understanding. I work psychodynamically, meaning I believe in a holistic approach and working through past experiences and feelings in order to understand and change current behaviors. However, I also bring in other approaches as necessary. You've probably seen other therapists' websites full of generic descriptions and psychological jargon. You'll find that here too, so the best way to find out if I'm the right therapist for you is to speak with me!
