I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. I earned my PhD in Psychology from Capella University and my Master's in Community Counseling from Argosy University, Atlanta. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor's degree from Enugu State University of Science and Technology. Throughout my career, I have worked with both adults and children, empowering them to achieve their desired goals. I utilize evidence-based methodologies, including but not limited to motivational interviewing, problem-solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy, to address the unique needs of each client.
