I want to take a moment to honor your first steps in your mental health journey. I know finding a counselor that meets you where you’re at can be an exhausting experience. Thank you for being here! I specialize in supporting individuals processing complex trauma, depression, domestic violence & grief. If you have ever felt like talk therapy wasn't enough or you've been stuck in time for longer than you've realized, I'm there to help you. I welcome all individuals of various life experiences, cultures, or intersectional identities into my practice.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach centers the body and our nervous system as integral parts of our mental health. By finding safety within our bodies, we can understand how our relational experiences have shaped us & find a path to regulation, resilience & self-compassion. My treatments are eclectic, often incorporating personal ritual & movement into our work together. Sometimes we don’t have the words to articulate our experiences, or we have all the words & no connection to our bodies or emotions— I'm here for it all. Through our work together, we can create a space to reconnect with your authentic sense of self in a supportive environment. When you're ready, I am excited to meet you!
