What should a new client know about working with you?

I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, recognizing that no two individuals are the same. Clients often describe me as personable. My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. Therapy should feel like a partnership, where your voice leads the way, and together we uncover insights that foster healing and growth. I integrate person-centered, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and cognitive behavioral therapies to meet your unique needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, I just want to get to know you—what you're into, what you need, and what helps you feel supported. I’d love to hear about the things you do to take care of yourself, what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and what kind of approach feels right for you. I know opening up can take time, and that’s totally okay. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, comfortable, and heard. We’ll work together on whatever matters most to you.
