As a licensed therapist, I specialize in helping individuals break free from generational trauma and develop deeper self-trust, emotional freedom, and fulfilling connections. Using EMDR, psychodynamic insight, and Dialectical behavior therapy, I help clients move beyond survival mode and step into a life that isn’t ruled by old wounds. In today’s world, it’s easy to feel lost, disconnected, or caught in cycles that don’t serve us. But healing isn’t just about letting go of pain—it’s about stepping into something greater. Together, we’ll work toward a life where you feel grounded, present, and fully engaged, not just in relationships but in your sense of purpose, joy, and self-worth. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Professional Counseling from Northwestern University in 2019, focusing on children and adolescents. My undergraduate studies included a concentration in Human Development, which deepened my understanding of how early experiences shape our emotional and relational patterns. I also hold a 200-hour yoga certification with a trauma-informed focus. I have experience teaching meditation, and incorporating body-based healing approaches to help clients regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with themselves. Since becoming a licensed therapist in Maryland, I have worked extensively with individuals struggling with complex trauma, codependency, and attachment wounds.
