If you're dealing with depression, substance abuse, relationship issues, or life changes, my mission is to provide assistance on your journey towards beneficial choices. With a Psychology and Kinesiology education, and a minor in Health, my 15-year educational voyage led me to become a certified teacher and specialize in Special Education and Counseling. As a School Counselor, I engaged deeply with young people, guiding them towards their future. From various settings, I acquired valuable experience, mainly handling behavioral problems, and I remain dedicated to enhancing my skills and knowledge via ongoing education. Beyond the schools, I've been fortunate to work privately, extending my competence to trauma-related problems, substance abuse, couples counseling, anxiety, depression, identity issues, and more. I assist clients in creating short and long-term goals, accepting unchangeable circumstances, and bravely conquering their fears to unveil their authentic selves.
