“Miss Gaither was a joy to talk to. In the time we talked, I could tell she was receiving and engaged in what I had to say and very observant. I won’t be able to schedule another appointment until next month but that is honestly a setback the size of a sand particle. I can’t wait to meet with her again!”

Getting to know Adrian Gaither

Life can feel overwhelming, and seeking support reflects courage and readiness for change. If you're facing anxiety, sadness, fear, relationship disconnection, or heavy burdens, you deserve a safe space to feel seen and supported. Together we can build healing, connection, and hope, moving forward with clarity and purpose. You deserve a space where fear, emptiness, and uncertainty can be released. In therapy, I help you reconnect to safety through body-based tools that calm your nervous system and support emotional balance. With acceptance and self-compassion, you can move from survival mode into a life of hope, connection, and confidence. I believe healing happens where you don’t have to choose between strength or softness—you can bring all parts of yourself. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to unpack anxiety, fear, and life’s burdens while rebuilding resilience and hope. We’ll quiet worry and help you move toward tomorrow with peace and confidence.

What should a new client know about working with you?

If you're exhausted from being on edge, expecting the worst, or carrying guilt and shame that won’t ease, you're not alone. You may hide your pain behind strength while feeling unseen, disconnected, and overwhelmed. In therapy, we create a safe space to unmask, heal, reconnect, and build healthier relationships. Therapy is collaborative. We set goals to revisit and adjust based on your values, helping you see yourself beyond anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship struggles. I offer an affirming space to build strengths, reclaim your voice, and move toward purpose, confidence, and hope.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and you’re welcome to show up as you are. I’ll meet you with compassion and without judgment. We’ll complete questionnaires and verify your identity. In a private, secure space, we’ll use our first session to connect, understand what brings you in, and begin setting goals together. Once you book a session, expect a phone call from me to inform you of how to set up your online profile and secure your time for the session.

Adrian was amazing! This was my first time actually enjoying therapy. She is a great listener, very intelligent and it’s obvious she’s genuine and truly cares about her patients. Thank you Adrian!
I really appreciate Adrian's approach to therapy. She is non-judgmental and makes me feel very comfortable to tell her whatever is on my mind. At first I was a little hesitant about doing virtual therapy, but with Adrian, it has never felt awkward. She is professional and I feel like I have already made progress after only a few sessions with her. I would highly recommend her!
I cannot say enough about Adrian and the level of depth she’s able to help you dive to in the most supportive manner possible. She facilitates activities that prove, push, and lead to meaningful reflection and higher levels of self-awareness. What can be better than that? :)
Adrian has been one of the only therapists I've had to truly make me just feel comfortable, no filter and just free to speak my mind. she's honest with me and real, and challenges my mindsets and thought processes to make me a better person. I truly feel like I've found a best friend and a therapist in one.
Adrian every session has taught me something new about myself and about my life. I am extremely grateful for her work in my life and have seen a change in how I carry myself and how I react to things. I highly appreciate her and think everyone needs an Adrian as a therapist
Adrian is skilled and thoughtful. She not only listens, she provides actionable steps to manage and cope with things that concern me. I love her spirit.
I’ve been in therapy for years. What really stands out with Adrian is that she knows her stuff and her listening skills are really kind of amazing. She’s actually listening to you and really trying to help support you through tough times.
Adrian is exceptional! She’s rescued me so many times and it’s just the beginning of our journey. For the first time in so long I feel hopeful and that’s all thanks to her guidance and patience. She takes the time to get to know you and is an amazing listener. She’s the best therapist!
Adrian is caring and compassionate without pushing a dogma. I find this refreshing and comforting as I am not a spiritual/religious person.
Adrian is wonderful to talk to. I feel heard, seen and challenged. I have grown more in the last 2 months with her guidance, than I have in more than a year without.
